Common Troubleshooting

Visit Sahara AI official website: https://saharalabs.ai
Click “**Community Waitlist**”

Fill out and submit the **waiting form**, and wait for the **Testnet application email**.
**The email may not be received immediately**

Received an email from **hello@saharalabs.ai** titled <**Waitlist Update: Early Access Now Open**>
**Please confirm the sender's email address, the suffix should be <saharalabs.ai>**.

Click "**Apply Now**" in the email, fill out the **early access form**, and apply for the **testnet whitelist**.
**Wait for the whitelist update email, and pay attention to the official announcement during the waiting period**.

Received an email from **hello@saharalabs.ai** titled <**You’re In! Sahara AI Whitelist Update**>
Congratulations, you have **successfully joined the testnet whitelist**.

Follow the instructions in the email to join the testnet and log in to the platform:

Open the **official faucet** website:
https://faucet.saharaa.info
Click “**Connect**” and connect to the **EVM wallet** (.e.g. MetaMask)

After successful connection, the **testnet will be automatically added to your wallet**.
You can also add the testnet manually:

Click "**Request**" to receive the testnet token

Click on the profile picture to **edit your profile** or **log out of the platform**

Click "**Profile**" to edit your **personal information**

Click "**Edit**", change the **avatar**, and then edit your personal information in turn

Click "**Verify**", add and verify your email address

**Wallet address** where you log in to the platform

Click "**Save**" to save all profile changes

Click "**Dashboard**" to enter the **Points Dashboard**, which is used to display **points details** and **season ranking**

Click "**Guide to Earning Sahara Points**" to view the corresponding points reward rules for the season ranking.

For example: The current ranking of the sample user is 400. If the ranking is still 400 at the end of the season, the reward points that the user can obtain this season are **135 SP**

Click "**Leaderboard**" to view the points details of the **top 500 users** in the current season

Click "**SP Record**" to view your **points source and details**

**Titan’s Vigil event rewards**
**Daily sign-in**, receive **1 EXP** for each successful sign-in

If you get at least **100 points** in **any category** of **Prompt Collection**, **Model Optimization**, **Persona Emulation**, you can claim **30 EXP** here

Click "**Data Services**" to enter the **Tasks navigation** and participation page

Click "**New Tasks**" to enter the **New Tasks list** to view and apply for tasks

Click "**Data type**" and select the **data type** (video, text, etc.)

Click “**Knowledge**” and select a **knowledge area** (games, Web3, etc.)

Click "**Difficulty**" and select the **difficulty level** (**Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert**). **New users are recommended to start with Beginner**

Click "**Reset**" to **reset** the tasks selection

Click "**Most recent**" and select the **tasks sorting rules**

User participation in this task for **one hour can earn points**

The task displays "**Take Exam**", which means you have not applied for this type of tasks yet and need to **complete exam to gain access to this task** (single-choice question)
If you pass exam, the system will **automatically assign** the following tasks roles:
**Annotator**: Annotate data according to requirements
**Reviewer**: Review the work of the annotators to ensure quality

The task displays "**Apply**", which means you have passed the **Take Exam** and can apply for this type of tasks

Click "**In Progress**" to view your **ongoing tasks**

**Points for each Datapoint completed** for this task

You can click on the tasks card to view **tasks details**

You are **assigned a task role** for this task

**The number of datapoints you have submitted** for this task

**The number of datapoints you have approved** for this task

The **accuracy** of this task. **If your accuracy is lower than this value, you will be banned from this task**

Your **progress** for this task
Tasks life cycle: **Passed Exam** → **Applied for Task** → **Begin Work** → **Completed**

Click "**Closed**" to view your **closed tasks**

You have **accumulated approved datapoints** for this task

Click "**Achievement**" to enter the **Achievement** page and view your **User Level** and **Achievement Missions**

User Level **improvement progress**, and **required experience points (EXP)**

**User Level upgrade status**, gray means it cannot be upgraded at present

Click "**More info**" to view the **EXP rules** corresponding to the user level upgrade

For example: The current Experience Points of the example user is 4 EXP and the level is 0. If the user gains 10 EXP, the level can be upgraded to 1

Click "**EXP Record**" to view your **EXP Claimed** details

Click “**In progress**” to view the **ongoing EXP rewards events**

**Deadline** of current **EXP** rewards events

Click "**Closed**" to view **EXP rewards events that have ended**

Click "**Data Services**" to enter the **Tasks navigation** and select the tasks that suits you. For new users, it is recommended to select "**Beginner**" in "**Difficulty**"

After selecting the tasks, click "**Take Exam**" to take exam (single-choice question)

**Take Exam**, You need to submit your answer within the **specified time**

After answering all the questions, click "**Submit**"

You can click "**Exit**" to temporarily exit or abort this **Take Exam**

**Take Exam** passed, click "**Apply**" to apply for the tasks
The system will **automatically assign** the following tasks roles:
**Annotator**: Annotate data according to requirements
**Reviewer**: Review the work of the annotators to ensure quality

Click "**Start Annotating**" to start the tasks as an Annotator

Read the task notice carefully:
The accuracy of this task is **15%**. If you will be **banned** from this task if your accuracy is **below 15%**
If you're banned from **4 of your last 10 tasks**, you'll be suspended from working on any tasks for **7 days**
If you are suspended **3 times within 3 months**, you'll be **permanently banned** from Sahara AI's Data Platform
